EVENT POLICIES
EVENTS WITH LAUREN AVRIEL (Including But Not Limited To Soul Sounds Guided Meditation and New Earth Vision Events)
By signing up and/or participating in Events (Live in person or Streaming Online Broadcasts or on Replay) with Lauren Avriel (legal name Lauren Auricchio, hereinafter "Lauren Avriel") you affirm that you have read, understand and agree with all that is stated in the following:
CONSENT & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
By signing up for and/or participating in an event with Lauren Avriel you agree you are participating voluntarily of your own free will choice, assuming all personal responsibility for your own well-being and actions, including speaking up and informing Lauren Avriel if at any time you feel uncomfortable or any issue arises for you.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
Furthermore you agree that you are fully informed of all risks and acknowledge that sound healing and meditation is generally regarded as safe and will be conducted by Lauren Avriel with the utmost care, but any kind of meditative work may sometimes result in unexpected shifts in energy or changes in health and it is not possible to consider every complication. So by participating in an event you agree to voluntarily assume responsibility for any risks associated and waive any and all liability claims against Lauren Avriel, or Vibe Artistry Entertainment, from any injury, illness, damages or effects that may arise from the event, energetically, physically, emotionally or on any other level.
You also acknowledge and agree that Lauren Avriel and Vibe Artistry Entertainment is not responsible or liable for any damages you as a participant may cause to the venue space, environment or items in the space and that you are solely responsible for any damages or items damaged that you personally might cause, whether intentional or accidental, to the space. You acknowledge the awareness to be mindful and respectful of how you interact with items, products, displays, yoga mats, blankets, chairs and any other material goods you might come into contact with in a live in person space, whether provided or not provided to you.
As a Venue participating in or hosting events, you also acknowledge the above and agree to assume the risk of having participants in your space, and you agree to waive any and all liability claims against Lauren Avriel or Vibe Artistry Entertainment from any injury, illness, damages or effects that may arise from the event, energetically, physically, emotionally or on any other level, that may occur to items, products or people that are caused by the participants of the event, acknowledging and agreeing that all individual participants, including Lauren Avriel are liable and responsible only for themselves.

Furthermore you understand and acknowledge that Lauren Avriel is not a licensed medical doctor of any kind and all events and services offered by Lauren Avriel and Vibe Artistry Entertainment are for entertainment, spiritual and educational purposes only and are not to be interpreted as medical examination, diagnosis or to be used as a substitute for medical treatment or professional advice by legal, mental, medical or other licensed professionals.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
No Refunds for tickets purchased for Events unless the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled the option for full refunds or transfer to a future event will be given.
Tickets are only transferable to a future event if the event has been cancelled and rescheduled by Lauren Avriel or if you cancel your ticket within 2 weeks (14 days) advance before the event. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice cannot be transferable.
